Learning to speak about the economy in English.

Welcome to English for Economists, where you will find lessons to help you become proficient in speaking, reading and writing about the economy in English.

Students are typically –– but not exclusively –– economists. They work in one or more areas: banking, journalism, finance, government, development, academia, business and education.

They have learned to speak English as a second or third language, and they want to improve their understanding and ability to communicate, because improving these skills will help them with their current work, and will open the door to new opportunities.

English for Economists offers you English courses online in one-to-one lessons over Zoom, and will also soon offer you a selection of video courses to choose from, allowing you to improve your English skills according to your specialization.
